I am not sure about the year, but early 1900s; they look like early teens. Myrtle Roach Ferguson was born in 1894 and Mayme Roach Hopke was born in 1896. The names were listed for me on this photo by my father-in-law, Archie Ferguson. Myrtle was his mother.
