Lillian L. "Lennie" White
Miss Lois Goodale has been notified of the death of her cousin,
Mrs. Lillian White, at 7 p.m. yesterday in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Mrs. White, who would have been 72 years of age next August 2, was
the widow of Posey W. White.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3:15 p.m. in Myers Chapel,
conducted by the Rev. O. O. Maerker, and burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
Surviving are one son, Thomas Arthur White, of San Rafael, California, and
one daughter, Mrs. William (Louise) Einhorn of Fort Wayne and four grandchildren.
Mrs. White was born in Mt. Vernon, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Goodrich.
She was a sister of the late Billie Goodrich, one-time city editor of The Register.
Two other brothers, Frank and Stewart, are also dead.
The White's resided in Mt. Vernon for many years and Mr. White operated a mattress
factory here. In later years he was in the automobile business in St. Louis.
