Elnora Bumpus Whisenhunt dies at age 67 years

Mrs. Elnora Bumpus Whisenhunt 67, died at 6:00 a.m. today at the Quinn Nursing Home, 909 Oakland Avenue

Mrs. Whisenhunt was born in 1884 Jefferson County, the daughter of Nathan and Henrietta (Fitzjerrells) Bumpus.

She was married to William Whisenhunt, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are two brothers, Ernest and Albert Bumpus of Mt. Vernon and a half sister, Mrs. Nancy Adams of Mr. Vernon.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Myers Chapel, with the Rev. W. E. Shaffer officiating; and burial will be in Round Knoll Cemetery, in Spring Garden Township.

The Body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call at any time after 4:00pm Friday
