Mrs. Cordie Waud, wife of Elmer Waud, died yesterday morning about 9 o’clock at the home in Hopewell. Death was due to pneumonia, following influenza.

Mrs. Waud was about 37 years old and is survived by her husband and four children, two girls and two boys. The oldest child is a girl about 13 years.

The funeral was to take place this afternoon.

Mrs. Waud was a most excellent woman and she had many friends in the locality in which she lived.
