Cora (Pace) Warren

Mrs. Norton G. Warren Dies in Philadelphia

Mrs. Cora Warren, wife of Norton G. Warren, died Sunday evening at her home, 219 Harrogate Road, Penn Wynne, Philadelphia, Mt. Vernon relatives have been notified.

Funeral services will be in Mt. Vernon and the body will be at Myers Chapel, but the time has not been set. The Warrens formerly lived in Mt. Vernon. His sister, Miss Mildren Warren, is library at Mt. Vernon high school.

Mrs. Warren was a member of an old Mt. Vernon family and her father, the late Robert F. Pace, was postmaster here.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Pauline, who is a student at Illinois University; a son, Richard, who is a cadet at the U.S. Martime Academy in Philadelphia; and her mother, Mrs. Margaret Cherry, who resides in Jacksonville, Ill.

Rites Wednesday For Mrs. Norton Warren

Funeral services for Mrs. Norton G. Warren, who died Sunday at her home in Philadelphia, will be held at Myers Chapel Wednesday afternoon at 3:30, conducted by Dr. R.B. Guthrie, pastor of the First Presbyterian church.

The body will arrive late this afternoon from the east and will lie in state at the Chapel, where friends may call.

Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
