Mrs. Nettie Traughber, of 605 White East Avenue, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday at Good Samaritan Hospital at the age of 72 years, nine months, and six days.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Pulley-Gutzler Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Virgil Barr officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.The body will lie in state at the Pulley-Gutzler Funeral Home where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Sunday.

Mrs. Traughber was born Sept. 6, 1891, at Stonington, Ill., the daughter of Edward and Alva (Moore) McKinney.

She was married to George Traughber, who preceded her in death in 1952.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Haley of Waltonville; two brothers, Edward McKinney of Stauton, Ill., and Ray McKinney of Taylorville; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Wilds of Chapel, Me.; and three grandchildren.

Mrs. Traughber was a member of the Baptist Church.
