Lucille Rightnowar Solma, 89, formerly of Bonnie, died 8:45 a.m. Sept. 21, 2000, at Mt. Vernon Care Center.

Mrs. Solma was employed at the Mt. Vernon T.B. Sanitarium and Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was born Sept. 22, 1910, in Jefferson County, to Stence "J.S." and Belle (Wells) Peterson.

She married James W. Rightnowar; he died in 1954.

She later married Jake Solma, who also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnston Funeral Home in Ina with Brother David Shores officiating. Burial will be at South Hickory Hill Cemetery at Bonnie.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Solma is survived by four sons, James Rightnowar and wife Colleen, Tom Rightnowar and wife Carol and Charles Rightnowar, all of Bonnie, and Larry Rightnowar and wife Phyllis of Mt. Vernon; her daughter-in-law, Violet Mae Spangler of Bluford; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Ina Free Will Baptist Church.

In additon to her husbands, she is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Gary Dean Rightnowar; one daughter, Millie Lynn Zumwalt; one brother and two sisters.
