Naomi Marie Smoak, six-day-old daughter of Daniel and Gloria (Herrmann) Smoak, Route 6, died at 1 pm Monday at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

The infant was born May 17 at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 pm at Myers-Baril Chapel, with President David F. Hardy officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel Thursday after noon and until the funeral hour.

In addition to her parents, the infant is survived by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Herrmann, Charleston, S.C.; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Smoak, Charleston, S.C.; and several aunts and uncles.
