Former Mt. V. Man, Raymond Sigweth, Dies

Raymond Sigweth, 56, of Elgin, a former resident of Mt. Vernon, died at 10:00 a.m. Sunday at Sherman Hospital in Elgin.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Logan Street Baptist church with the Rev ..... Whittington and the Rev. F. L. ..... officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens cemetery.

The body will li ein state at Myers Chapel, where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday. At noon Wednesday the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until the funeral hour.

Mr. Sigwerth was born June 29, 1906, in Waltonville, the son of Sid and Lizzie (Jury) Sigwerth.

He was mararied to Irma Coats, who survives.

Other survivors include his mother, Mrs. Lizzie Sigwerth of Mt. Vernon; two daughters, MRs. Betty Dunahoo of Freeport, Ill., and Mrs. Donna Bigham of Rockford, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Coats of Bluford, Mrs. Katie Kent of Centralis and Mrs. .... Rector of Mt. Vernon.....
