William RINE Dead
Paralysis The Cause Aged and Well Known Citizen Will Be Buried Thursday Afternoon at Oakwood

William RINE, died at the home of his son, Oscar RINE, at 11:30, Feb. 23.

He was born near Lancaster, Pa., Nov. 14th, 1830. Moved to Ogle county, Ill. about 1847.

He was married to Miss Anna SHERER, Nov. 19th, 1854.

Two sons were born to them, Wilbur, who died Feb. 19th, 1887, and George Oscar, who survives him.

His wife died April 27th, 1904.

Mr. RINE came with his family to Jefferson county in 1880, and has lived in Mt. Vernon and vicinity during that time.

He was a man of the common people, loved and respected by all who knew him. He lived out his three score and ten more.

He was a Lutheran, but attended the Presbyterian church in this city until his health failed him.

The funeral services will be conducted at the residence of his son, George Oscar RINE, 118 North 6th St., at 2 p.m., Feb. 24, conducted by Revs. RHEIN and MCCAMMON. Interment at Oakwood.
