Vernita Bethel Reinheimer
Vernita Bethel Reinheimer, 90, of Mt. Vernon died 4:20 a.m. 
Aug. 6, 2005, at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon. 
She worked in the shipping department at Mode O'Day Dress Factory 
in Mt. Vernon. 

Mrs. Reinheimer was born Jan. 25, 1915, in Mt. Vernon to Vince and 
Clemmie (Williams) Tolley. She first married Frank Bethel March 30, 1932, 
in Mt. Vernon; he preceded her in death in 1967. She then married Charles 
Reinheimer in 1972 in Mt. Vernon; he preceded her in death in 1977. 

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. 
Vernon. Shane Merritt will officiate. Burial will follow at Bethel Memorial 
Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at 
Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. 

Mrs. Reinheimer is survived by a daughter, Delores Graham of Richview; 
five grandchildren, Sharon Wells and husband Rick of St. Charles, Mo., Bob 
Graham and wife Patty of Lebanon, Tenn., Darlene Tarleton and husband George 
of Washington, Pa., Donald Graham of Highland and fiancee Peggy Waters of Mt. 
Vernon and Donna Richardson and husband Jeff of Des Moines, Iowa; eight great-
grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; a brother, Elbert Tolley and wife 
Hazel of Mt. Vernon; a sister, Violet Chapman of Elgin; and several nieces and 

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; six brothers and two 

Mrs. Reinheimer was a member of Mt. Vernon Church of Christ and the International 
Ladies Garment Workers' Union. 

For those who wish, memorials may be made to Mt. Vernon Church of Christ and 
will be accepted at the funeral home or may be mailed to Hughey Funeral 
Home, P.O. Box 721, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. Arrangements have been
