Norma Ratliff, Mt. Vernon R.F.D., daughter of the late R. L. and Anna Ratliff, died this morning. She was 39 years old.

The body was removed to the Osborn Funeral Home in Dix late this afternoon. Funeral services will be held in the Hopewell Methodist Church. The date of the funeral will be announced later.

Four brothers survive, Walter H. of Chicago, Dr. E. B. of Springfield, and Richard M. and Lester, both of Mt. Vernon.
