Virgil Piper

Rites Thursday For Woodlawn Resident

Funeral servicdes for Virgil Pipe of Woodlawn, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia at 7;45 pm yesterday, will be held Thursday at 2 pm, in the Woodlawn Baptist church. The Rev. G. A. Phelps and the Rev. Everett Apgar will officiate and burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.

Mr. Pipe was 36 years, 11 months and eight days of age.

He was born February 14, 1909 in Blissville township, teh son of C. A. and Luttie (Eubank) Piper.

Surviving are his mother, four brothers, Berthel, Charles, Ernest and Louie, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Haun, all of Woodlawn.

The body will be taken from Myers Chapel at 4 pm, Wednesday to the home in Woodlawn.
