Funeral services for Granville Malberry Pigg, who died yesterday afternoon at Mt. Vernon Hospital, will be held at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at Myers Chapel. Rev. Bird Green and Rev. H. A. Myers will officiate.

The body will remain at the chapel until the funeral hour and interment will follow in Hopewell Cemetery.

Mr. Pigg was the son of Paul and Eva Pigg and was married to Ella C. Pigg, who preceded him in death 16, 1924.

He is survived by four sons, Ernie, Vernon, and Moss of Mt. Vernon and Ralph, of Shelton, Wash., two daughters, Mrs. Eta Burch, Anna and Mrs. Edith Echols, Mt. Vernon, three brothers, John E. St. Louis; Ira, Taylorville, and Duff of Mt. Vernon, and one sister, Mrs. John Allen.

He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
