Mrs. Malissa MARTZ died at 9:40 p.m. yesterday at Jefferson Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She would have been 82 years of age next February 2.

Mrs. MARTZ was the widow of Charlie MARTZ of Belle Rive, who died March 8, 1945.

Her first husband, Douglas CURLOCK, died in 1910.

Funeral Services will be held at Ham's Grove Church Friday, January 1 at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. Bird GREEN. Burial will be at Round Knoll Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Grigg and Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren until the funeral.

Mrs. MARTZ is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Stella JENKINS of Scheller; four sons, William, Everett and Claude CURLOCK of Belle Rive; and Harry CURLOCK of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Mrs. Cora YADEN of Hoopeston, Ill; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
