Frank H. Malone

Frank Malone Dies in Florida

Frank H. Malone, former Mt. Vernon resident and a veteran of the Spanish-American War, died yesterday at Clearwater, Fla. He was 73 years of age.

The body will be brought back to Mt. Vernon but funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Mr. Malone is survived by his wife, the former Mabel Long, two sisters, Mrs. Voyle Gorham and Mrs. Paul T. Ratcliffe of Mt. Vernon and a brother, E.C. Malone of Salt Lake City.

Funeral Monday For Frank Malone

Funeral rites for Frank Malone, former resident of Mt. Vernon, will be held at 2pm Monday at Pulley Funearl Home. Mr. Malone died at 2:45 am Thursday in the Government Bay Pines Hospital, St. Petersburg, Fla., at the age of 72 years, six months and six days.

Mr. Malone was born in Mt. Vernon, the son of N.C. and Mary (Sullivan) Malone. He resided in Clearwater, Fla., at the time of his death. He had been in failing health for the past two years, and became critically ill ten days before his death.

He is survived by his wife, Mabel (Long) Malone of Clearwater, a brother, Earl Malone of Salt Lake City, Utah; and his siters, Mrs. V. A. Borham and MRs. Paul T. Ratcliffe of Mt. Vernon.

Three brotrhers, edward L. Malone, Robert C. Malone and Lawrence T. Malone are deceased. His .... (the rest of the scanned obituary image is cut off).
