Thelma Maxine Kniffen

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kniffen on Aug. 15, 1937 were blessed with a small bundle of life later named Thelma Maxine. For twenty months and eighteen days that little bundle of life brought happiness to her loved ones and was loved and admired by all who came in contact with her.

Little Thelma departed from this world of sin on the third day of May 1939 to her place in heaven. There will be a vacant spot in the home and in the hearts of her loved ones.

Left to mourn her loss, her parents, two brothers Harold, 7, and Raymond, 5; two grandmothers and one grandfather and many relatives and friends.

Dave Goddard conducted the funeral at the home.

On May the third in the year of thirty-nine,
Early in the morning six twenty was the time.
Little Thelma Maxine Kniffen
Was the name on heaven's roll,
A bright spot was needed in heaven
And little Thelma had to go.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kniffen wish to thank their friends for their kindness, the beautiful flowers etc. during the illness and death of their beloved little daughter Thelma Maxine Kniffen.
