Edward Ralph Klinker

Ralph B. Klinker, 84, Route 2, Dahlgren, died at 8 a.m. Thursday in Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro.

Mr. Klinker was born Dec. 20, 1900, in Hamilton County, the son of Edward and Winnie (Casey) Klinker.

He first married Nellie Miller, who preceded him in death.

He later married Lillian Richardson, who also preceded him in death.

He was a retired farmer and a member of the Protestant faith.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday in the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren with the Rev. Rudolph Schlag officiating. Burial will follow in the Richrdson Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funereal home.

He is survived by one son, Bill Klinker of Morris; one daughter, MRs. Fern Erwin of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Mitchell of Mt. Vernon; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchldren and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wives, he was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
