Emily J. Kelley, 85, of Lawrenceville and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died 7:45 pm June 10, 1994, at Lawrenceville Methodist Home.

She was a teacher at Mt. Vernon Township High School until retirement and a member of First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon.

She was born April 3, 1909, in Ina, a duaghter of John A. and Wilhelmina (Schuster) Kelley.

Services were scheduled for 11 am today at Johnston Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with the Rev. Howard White officiating. Burial was to be at Fitzgerrll Cemetery in Ina.

Survivors include three nephews, John Kelley of La Porte, Ind., and Carol and Alfred Kelley, both of Michigan city,Ind., and two nieces Donna Todd of Demotte, Ind. and Jacquelin Lendabarker of Calumet City, Ind.
