James Sidney Keller, 65, of near DuBois, died at 9:45 p.m. Sunday in the Community Hospital at Pinckneyville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Kringer Funeral Home in Tamaroa with the Rev. Tracy Dees officiating. Burial will be in Knob Prairie cemetery, near Waltonville. The body will lie in state at the Kringer Funeral Home where friends may call after 1:00 p.m. today.

Mr. Keller was born April 22, 1901, at Waltonville, the son of John and Nettie (Martin) Keller.

On Dec. 5, 1964, he was married to Leona Shelton, who survives.

He is also survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Judy Zarr of Alton; two brothers, George Keller of San Pablo, Calif., and Andrew Paul Keller of Tamaroa; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Reis of San Pablo, Calif.; and two step-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Mr. Keller, a veteran of World War Two, was a memeber of V.F.W. Post 9153 at Waltonville.
