Funeral services were held in Grand Junction, Colo., today for Orval R. Huff, 78, of Palisades, Colo.

Mr. Huff, who was born and reared in Bluford died suddenly Friday.

For many years he had been a prominent fruit grower in the Grand Junction area.

He was the son of Oscar P. and Martha Ann (Davis) Huff.

Mr. Huff is survived by his wife, the former Chloe Scrivner; three sons, Raymond of Colorado Springs and Oran and Cleo of Grand Junction, Colorado; six brothers, Ralph of Bluford, Earl of Richmond, Calif., Harper of Wayne City; Cecil of State Center, Iowa; and Clarence of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and one sister; Gretta Morris of Centralia. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Herschel, Glenn and Lester.
