Jerry G. Funkhouser, 61, of Lemont died Sunday. Nov. 27, He had lived in Lemont for the past 24 years.

He was retired from the Electro Motive Co. of LaGrange. where he had worked for 30 years.

He is survived by his widow, Maxine of Lemont, six children, Larry and Gary of Lockport. Allen of Lemont, Karla of Villa Park, Sandra of Mt. Vernon, and Sharon of Wilmington; two sisters, Donna of Lemont and Elizabeth of Locport, a brother, Bill, of Lemont, 13 grandchildren and several nephews.

Visitation and services were held in Mt.Vernon Tuesday, Nov.29 and Wednesday, Nov. 30. Arrangements were handled by the Hughey Funeral Home of Mt. Vernon, and interment was in Cubb's Cemetery. Mt. Vernon.
