Jolie Farthing

JOLIE FARTHING Rites at Bonnie at 2pm Today

Funeral services were held at the Bonnie Methodist Church at 2pm today for Miss Jolie Farthing, who died Saturday morning at 12:34 o'clock. The Rev. Thomas E. Harper conducted the services and burial followed in South Hickory Hill Cemetery The body remained at the Fry Funeral Home in Waltonville until the funeral hour.

Miss Farthing, a resident of Bonnie was 86y9m26d of age.

She was born July 22, 1864, the daughter of Harvey and Mourning (Allen) Farthing.

She lived with her sister, Miss Myrtle Farthing, until the latter died 15 years ago. Since that time she had lived alone. She is survived by a niece and nephew.

Her parents, a brother..........(this is cut off here).

Jolie Farthing Of Bonnie Dies

Miss Jolie Farthing of Bonnie died at 1 am today at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The body was removed to the Fry Funeral Home at Waltonville. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

The Rev. Thomas E. Harper conducted the services and burial followed in South Hickory Hill cemetery. The body remained at the Fry Funeral Home in Waltonville until the funeral hour.

Miss Farthing, a resident of Bonnie, was 86 years, nine months and 26 days of age.

She was born July 22, 1864, the daughter of Harvey and Mourning (Allen) Farthing.

She lived with her sister, Miss Myrtle Farthing, until the latter died 15 years ago. Since that time she had lived alone.

She is survived by a niece and nephew.

Her parents, a brother and a sister are dead.
