DOROTHY CRALLEY
MT. VERNON (1-21-1990)

Dorothy L. Cralley, 84, Route 2, died 5:42 pm January 21, 1990 at Crossroads Community Hospital.

Mrs. Cralley was born July 15, 1905, in Bluford, a daughter of Robert and Sylvia (Harvey) Phillips.

September 30, 1922, she married Paul Gardner, who died October 8, 1971.

September 9, 1975, in Rosewood Heights, she married Earl B. Cralley, who survives.

Services will be 1 pm Wed. at Hughey Funeral Home with Dr. Clyde Funkhouser and the Rev. Paul Widicus officiating. Burial will follow in Old Shiloh Cemetery.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cralley is survived by one son, the Rev. Philip Gardner and wife, Bonny, of O'Fallon; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Shannon of New Albany,Ind,; two step-daughters, Mrs. Hal (June) Holcomb of Gainesville, Ga., and Mrs. Robert (Anita Ruth) Burris of Seneca, S.C.; three step-sons, Donald Cralley and wife, Dean, and Charles Cralley, and wife, Delores, all of Mt. Vernon, and Clifton Cralley and wife, Nadine, of Bloomington; two brothers, Howard Phillips and wife Mary Ellen, and Sam Phillips and wife, Eva all of Mt. Vernon; six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; 12 step-great-great grandchildren, and several neices and nephews.
