GERALDINE BUMPUS, DIES AT AGE 26, FUNERAL FRIDAY

Mrs. Geraldine PRESSLEY BUMPUS of Bonnie, died at 1:35 p.m. yesterday at Good Samaritan Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past 12 days,

She was 26 years, four months and 14 days of age.

Mrs. BUMPUS had been employed for the past eight years at Kingwood Oil Company, officer here.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Ina Methodist Church with Rev. Commodore GROVE, officiating and burial will follow in Kirk Cemetery.

The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday.

She was born in Jefferson County on August 28, 1927 the daughter of Clarence and Irene (WAYLAND) PRESSLEY.

She was married to Loran I. BUMPUS, who survives.

She was a member of the Ina Methodist Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Cynthia, her Parents; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence PRESSLEY of Ina, two sisters: Evelyn PRESSLEY of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Kathleen BUMPUS of Mound City, Illinois; two brothers, Alvin of Ina and Dallas of LaPorte , Indiana and a grandfather W. H. PRESSLEY of Chicago.
