Curtis L. BOOK, 57, former resident of Ina, died Thursday at the Memorial Hospital in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

His parents were Lee and Harriet (CLINTON) BOOK.

Mr. BOOK was for a number of years a resident of West Frankfort.

He is survived by his wife, Dena; one daughter, Mrs. Earl HORSLEY of Chicago; two sons, Wayne of Denver, Colo., and Curran of West Frankfort; one brother, Hearl D. BOOK of Gary, Ind.; and 4 sisters, Mrs. Joe PRESLEY, Mrs. Herman BYER, and Miss Hallie BOOK, all of Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Weaver WILLIAMS of Bonnie.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in West Frankfort conducted by Rev. T. H. KING. Burial was at the Kirk Cemetery.
